Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use AIAgentStocks.com if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Usage Limits & Subscription Plan Tiers

Access to our conversational AI chat, stock screeners, portfolio rebalancing calculations, and SEC document extraction is subject to tiered daily caps based on your subscription:

• Free tier: Capped at 5 daily chat/research operations. No portfolio analysis or filing summaries.
• Pro & Premium tiers: Subject to higher caps (100 and unlimited respectively). Programmatic API access is limited to the Professional tier.
• Abuse prevention: We reserve the right to suspend accounts attempting automated scrapping or bypassing API limit headers.

Billing, Upgrades, & Downgrades

All paid plan operations are billed securely via Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can upgrade or downgrade tiers at any time via the Customer Portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
